Antigone Concepts

Concept renderings for a group design presentation in 2023 for Antigone.

This was actually my first design project in university. My group wanted to go for a storybook, trapped by the narrative idea and we focused a lot on paper. Each character is inspired by a different type of paper, except for the chorus, who acts like a narrator. This pushed me out of my comfort zone and really kickstarted my love for costume design.

I have my initial sketches saved as well, so it’s fun to see where I started and how the idea progressed.
